    What are the requirements for registering as a property valuer?

    To be registered on the Roll as a Valuer, an applicant must generally be a UAE national with full legal capacity. They must have a clean record and possess the required academic qualifications and training. Professional experience of at least two years in valuation is required, or the completion of a mandatory training period. RERA may also register non-nationals who have at least five consecutive years of experience in the field of real property valuation.
