What is the evidentiary value of a registered title deed?

A Title Deed issued by the DLD has conclusive evidentiary value in proving real property rights. The information and data recorded in the Real Property Register are considered authentic and cannot be challenged unless there are grounds for fraud or forgery. This high level of legal certainty protects owners and provides confidence to investors and lenders. Any conditions or covenants applicable to the property rights must also be recorded on the unit's folio to remain effective.
