    Who is considered an Occupant?

    Ali Faizan Syed1 min read0 viewsUpdated 1/2/2026
An Occupant is any person using a unit for its intended purpose. This includes the Owner, a tenant, or any other person authorized by the Owner to use the space. Occupants are legally bound to comply with the Master Community Declaration and Building Management Regulations. This means they must use Common Parts only for their intended purposes and avoid disturbing others. If an Occupant makes unauthorized substantial alterations to a unit, they are liable for the costs of restoring it to its original state.
