    What is the procedure for registering units once a project is finished?

    Upon receiving a completion certificate from the competent entities, the developer must register the finished project in the permanent Real Property Register. This process includes registering each unit in the name of the respective purchaser. If a purchaser has fulfilled all contractual obligations, the developer cannot refuse to hand over the unit or complete the registration. In cases where a developer refuses, the DLD has the authority to register the unit in the purchaser�s name on its own initiative.
