What are the specific penalties for a management entitys negligence?

If a Management Entity causes damage to common parts through act or omission, RERA will serve a notice requiring them to fix the damage. If they fail to do so, RERA can appoint another entity to perform the repairs and deduct the costs from the management entity's bank guarantee. For serious violations of the JOP law, a person can be punished by a fine of at least one million Dirhams (AED 1,000,000). This fine can be doubled for repeat offences, ensuring that entities are strictly held accountable for professional conduct.
