    How does a developer obtain approval for off-plan sale templates?

    As part of the Escrow Account opening process, a developer must submit a template of the sale contract intended for use with purchasers. This contract must be reviewed and approved by the DLD. This oversight ensures that the terms of the agreement are consistent with the Real Estate Legislation of Dubai and do not contain clauses that unfairly waive purchaser rights or violate public order. All off-plan dispositions are considered part of public order.
