    How is eviction handled for comprehensive property maintenance?

    Eviction at the end of a lease is permitted if the property requires restoration or comprehensive maintenance that cannot be performed while the tenant is in residence. The necessity of this work must be verified by a technical report from the Dubai Municipality. The landlord must provide the tenant with a twelve (12) month notice served through a Notary Public or registered mail.
