If a dispute arises and the parties have agreed to arbitration but cannot agree on the specific arbitrators, the RDSC will intervene. Upon the request of either the landlord or the tenant, the RDSC will appoint the arbitrator(s). This also applies if an agreed arbitrator resigns, is removed, or is disqualified.
