Can a Landlord make changes to the property that restrict its use?

A Landlord is strictly prohibited from making any changes to the property or its appurtenances that would preclude the Tenant's intended use. The Landlord is held legally responsible for any such changes, whether they are performed by the Landlord directly or by an authorised representative. Furthermore, the Landlord is liable for any damage, defect, or impairment sustained by the property due to factors beyond the control of the Tenant. This ensures the Tenant's right to peaceful and uninterrupted enjoyment of the leased premises is protected.
