Beyond (the sister brand of the Omni Group) has acquired a massive 200,000 square meter land parcel on Island B, but they have opted for extreme low density. Out of this land, 140,000 square meters (70%) is left as open space. These parks are shaped by Japanese gardening principles, which are scientifically proven to enhance mental well-being and boost immunity. The landscape opens onto a 6km pristine beach and offers 10km of walking and cycling tracks. This encourages a daily "biophilic connection" with nature that traditional high-rise developments cannot offer. By developing only 60,000 square meters and creating only 1,500 residences, Beyond is creating a "rarity on the islands" that avoids the overcrowding seen in high-density areas like Island A or JBR.
