    Who is eligible to serve as a member of an Owners Committee?

    To be eligible for the Owners Committee, a person must be an owner residing in the jointly owned real property and possess full legal capacity. Candidates must be of good character and repute and must have consistently paid their Service Charges and Usage Charges. Additionally, members are expected to attend and actively participate in all committee meetings. If a member ceases to meet these requirements, RERA has the authority to terminate their membership and appoint a qualified replacement to maintain the committee�s integrity.
