When can a broker's registration be permanently revoked?

A broker's registration is revoked if they breach the Code of Ethics or commit a gross violation of the laws in force. Revocation also occurs if the broker receives three black points. Other grounds include permanently ceasing activity, suspending work for more than twelve months without a valid reason, or failing to meet licensing requirements. If registration was obtained through false information, it will be cancelled immediately by a resolution of the Director General.
