    What is the timeframe for renewing a broker registration?

    Under Article (13), a registered broker is required to apply for the renewal of their registration every year. The application must be submitted to the Division using the prescribed form at least thirty (30) days before the registration certificate expires. The Division will only renew the registration after verifying that the broker continues to comply with all licensing requirements.
