    A Landlord is legally bound to hand over the property to the Tenant in a good condition. This means the premises must be suitable for the full intended use as specified in the Lease Contract. However, the law allows for flexibility regarding properties under construction; in such cases, the parties can agree that the Tenant will complete the construction works to make the property habitable. The agreement must then specify which party is responsible for the costs associated with finishing the construction and making it fit for use.
