    An Owners Committee is a body constituted from amongst property owners to represent their interests. Its primary duty is to verify that the Management Entity maintains the Common Parts correctly. The committee reviews annual maintenance budgets and provides recommendations on the property's operation. Members must be of full capacity and resident in the building to ensure they have a direct stake in its management. They also act as a formal channel for residents to submit suggestions and complaints to RERA.
