What is the difference between a master plan and a site plan?

A Master Plan consists of the design and engineering drawings for an entire Master Project, prepared by the master developer and approved by the DLD. In contrast, a Site Plan is a map that delineates the specific boundaries of a single building within the jointly owned property. Both documents are vital as they define the physical and legal limits of units and Common Parts. They constitute an integral part of the title deed for all units involved.
