What are the restrictions on subleasing or assigning property use?

A Tenant is strictly forbidden from subleasing or assigning the use of the property to any third party without obtaining the written consent of the Landlord. This restriction applies unless the parties have specifically agreed otherwise in their written Lease Contract. If a Tenant violates this rule, they risk immediate eviction. This law ensures that the Landlord maintains full control over who occupies their asset and prevents unauthorised commercial exploitation of residential or commercial units by primary Tenants.
