An Occupant is any person who uses a unit for its intended purpose, which include the Owner, a tenant, or any other person authorised by the owner to use the unit. Under Law No. (6) of 2019, occupants are legally obligated to comply with the Master Community Declaration, the building's Statute, and the Building Management Regulation. This ensures that everyone living in or using a property adheres to the rules regarding common parts, noise, and general community conduct.
