    How does the DLD support the training of brokers?

    The DLD is responsible for disseminating knowledge through training programmes designed to qualify brokers. These courses ensure that those working in the market are aware of their legal rights and duties. Completing these accredited courses is a mandatory prerequisite for initial registration and renewal. The fee for training a Real Property registrar is AED 2,500 per course. If a broker needs to change the time of a scheduled course, an administrative fee of AED 500 applies.
