The AED 5.3 billion Shindagha Corridor is a massive 18km infrastructure project that serves as a surgical answer to connectivity concerns. It is designed to reduce travel time from these areas from 116 minutes to under 16 minutes. This area is strategically positioned near the business, commercial, and financial hubs, as well as the heritage urban sector, which currently house 65% of the population and 75% of businesses. By providing a high-speed link to these established economic cores, the government is replicating the "tried and tested" model used for the original tourism hubs like Dubai Marina and JBR. For an investor, this means the location is not "in the middle of nowhere" but is becoming a centrally connected extension of Dubai’s most active business and heritage districts.
