    A multi-apartment or multi-storey building is generally treated as a single Real Property Unit for primary registration purposes. It is assigned one main Real Property folio in the register maintained by the DLD. This main folio is accompanied by supplementary folios that contain the individual names of the owners of the apartments or floors.
