How are multiple apartments in one building registered?

According to Article (23), a multi-apartment or multi-storey building is legally treated as a single Real Property Unit. It is assigned one main Real Property folio in the register. This main record is then accompanied by supplementary folios for each individual apartment or floor, as well as the common areas. This hierarchical system allows the DLD to manage the complex ownership structure of high-rise buildings while maintaining a clear link to the underlying land plot.
