A developer who disagrees with a cancellation decision by RERA has the right to submit a written grievance. This grievance must be submitted within seven (7) working days of being notified of the decision and must clearly state the grounds for the objection. RERA is then required to consider the grievance and issue a decision within another seven working days. If the grievance is admitted, the developer must undertake in writing to satisfy specific requirements to revoke the cancellation.
