Under Article (17), a developer will be struck-off the Register if they are declared bankrupt. Other grounds for removal include failing to start construction within six (6) months of getting off-plan sale approval without a valid reason. Removal also occurs if the developer's license is revoked or if they commit serious violations like embezzlement or submitting false auditor reports. This article ensures that only reliable and active developers are permitted to hold a place in the market.
