    How are annual service charges calculated for property owners?

    According to Law No. (6) of 2019, an Owner's share of annual Service Charges is calculated based on the ratio of their unit area to the total area of the Jointly Owned Real Property. This calculation must follow a specific method approved by the Director General. For the purposes of this calculation, the unit area used is the one officially recorded in the Real Property Register. These charges are mandatory and fund the management, operation, and maintenance of the building's Common Parts.
