What happens if a developer fails to file JOP management documents?

If a Developer fails to submit the Master Community Declaration or Building Management Regulation within sixty days of project completion, the DLD can take action. The DLD has the authority to request any other entity to prepare and file these documents instead. In such cases, the developer is held fully liable for all the expenses and costs incurred during this process. This ensures that the property's management framework is legally established even if the developer is negligent, protecting the rights of the unit purchasers.
