    The process for non residents is streamlined and simple compared to many other global markets. The primary requirement is a valid passport copy. During the booking process for an off plan unit you will sign an Expression of Interest or EOI. Later you will need to provide contact details and eventually sign the Sale and Purchase Agreement. There is no requirement for a residence visa to own freehold property in Dubai.
