What happens if a developer fails to submit project documents after completion?

A developer is required to file the Master Community Declaration and other essential documents with the DLD within sixty days of project completion. If a developer fails to submit these documents on time, the DLD has the power to act. The department may request any other entity to file and maintain these documents on its behalf. In such instances, the developer is held liable for all the expenses and costs incurred by the DLD in completing this mandatory filing process.
