Article (39) empowers the Committee to impose penalties, including a notice, warning, or suspension of activity for six months. The most severe penalty is blacklisting. According to Article (40), a broker's registration is revoked if they breach the Code of Ethics or receive three black points. Once revoked, the broker has fifteen (15) days to submit a grievance to the Chairman. A final decision by the Chairman results in the permanent removal from the official Register.
