Can a holder of Musataha rights mortgage their interest?

A person holding a Musataha right, which is the right to use and exploit land belonging to another, may mortgage the buildings or plants they have constructed. This mortgage is valid for the duration of the Musataha contract. However, the holder is not permitted to mortgage the actual land itself unless there is a specific agreement allowing it. The mortgage is automatically terminated upon the expiry of the Musataha term or the full repayment of the debt.
