This includes electricity generators, lighting systems, and heating or cooling equipment. It also covers water mains, sewer pipes, gas pipes, and telecommunications towers. Crucially, elevators, tanks, generators, and mechanical ventilation systems are shared assets. Any equipment used to measure the supply of Utility Services to multiple units is also managed as a common part to ensure the property's overall operation.
