When can a judge postpone a property auction sale?

According to Article (27), an enforcement judge has the discretion to postpone the sale by public auction once for up to sixty (60) days. This postponement is granted if the debtor proves they can repay the debt within that period or if they would suffer gross damage from the sale. However, if the debt remains unpaid after this final grace period, Article (28) mandates that the property must be sold within thirty (30) days following the expiry.
