Investors should look for floor plans that include a powder room for guests proper storage space or a laundry room and bedrooms that can fit a king sized bed comfortably. Units with odd shapes pillars in the middle of rooms or zero storage are very hard to sell in the secondary market. A functional rectangular layout will always be more liquid than a larger but poorly designed unit.
