What must a management entity do when they cause damage?

If a Management Entity causes damage to common parts due to negligence or omission, they are legally required to fix it. RERA will serve a written notice giving them a specific time limit to remedy the damage. If they fail to meet this deadline, RERA can appoint another company to do the work. The costs for these repairs are then deducted from the bank guarantee that the management entity provided to the DLD. This system ensures that the community is never left with unrepaired damage caused by its manager.
