What is the penalty for repeating a violation of the property law?

If a person repeats the same violation of Law No. (6) of 2019 within one (1) year of the previous offence, the fine is doubled. The maximum fine for such violations is capped at two million Dirhams (AED 2,000,000.00). For violations related to RERA's fees and fines schedule, repeating an act within a year also results in the fine being doubled, with a cap of one million Dirhams. These heavy penalties serve as a deterrent to ensure consistent compliance with real estate regulations.
