What is the difference between a corner unit and a middle unit

Corner units are townhouses situated at the end of a row usually featuring a larger plot size with extra garden space on the side and windows on three sides for more light. Middle units are sandwiched between two other houses. Corner units are generally more expensive to buy but they are also more desirable for families with children or pets due to the extra outdoor space. They typically retain their value better and are easier to sell in the secondary market.
