    What happens if an Owners Committee member fails to pay charges?

    One of the mandatory requirements for Owners Committee membership is the consistent payment of Service Charges and Usage Charges. If a member fails to settle these financial obligations, they no longer meet the membership criteria. In such a case, RERA will terminate their membership on the committee.
