    What defines a "gross violation" for a broker's registration?

    A gross violation includes any act that seriously breaches the Real Estate Legislation of Dubai, such as facilitating fraud or misappropriating client funds. Breaching the mandatory Code of Ethics or accumulating three black points also falls into this category. When a gross violation is confirmed, the Director General issues a reasoned resolution to revoke the broker's registration. The broker is then notified, and the Competent Entities are informed to suspend their commercial activities.
