What are the legal classifications for real property brokers?

Article (5) of Bylaw No. (85) of 2006 divides brokers into two groups: Category A and Category B. Category A includes experienced persons on the Roll who are approved by the Chairman but lack a license from Competent Entities. These persons are exempt from registration on the standard Register. Category B consists of persons operating under valid commercial licences. This dual system allows the DLD to regulate both long-standing industry experts and modern licensed firms.
