    How often must building managers provide maintenance reports to RERA?

    To ensure proper oversight of building operations, every Management Entity is under a strict reporting obligation. They must provide RERA with a periodic report regarding the management and maintenance works performed in the property. These reports must be submitted every six (6) months. Additionally, RERA has the authority to request a detailed statement of revenue and expenditure related to Service Charges at any time to verify that the community�s funds are being used for their intended purposes.
