How often must an owners committee meet legally?

Article (23) mandates that the Owners Committee must be regularly convened every three (3) months, totalling four meetings per year. The very first meeting must take place within thirty (30) days of the committee's constitution. Meetings are valid only if attended by a majority of members, including the chairman or vice chairman. This statutory requirement ensures that there is consistent oversight of the buildings management and financial reports throughout the year.
