How does the RDSC handle grievances against administrative measures?

    Ali Faizan Syed1 min read0 viewsUpdated 1/2/2026
Any party affected by a decision or measure taken under the Jointly Owned Property law may submit a written grievance to the Director General within thirty days. This grievance is determined by a specialised committee formed for this purpose. While this administrative path exists, the law explicitly states that this does not prejudice the persons right to recourse to the RDSC to seek any legal relief. This ensures that parties have both an internal review process and access to a specialised judicial body.
