    How does RERA handle disputes involving the Owners Committee?

    When a complaint is filed against an Owners Committee or a Management Entity, RERA is empowered to investigate the matter and take necessary actions. If there is a dispute regarding the Real Property Valuation agreement, RERA forms a specialised committee to resolve the conflict. For all other legal disputes and disagreements related to rights and obligations under the JOP law, the Rental Disputes Settlement Centre (RDSC) has exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine the case through its simple and expeditious judicial process.
