How does a management entity report to RERA periodically?

A Management Entity is required to submit a detailed report to RERA every six (6) months. This report must cover the management and maintenance works performed in the jointly owned real property and its common parts. In addition to these regular updates, the entity must be prepared to provide RERA with any specific information or financial statements regarding the service charges collected and spent. This reporting cycle allows RERA to maintain a constant overview of the property's condition and the entity's performance.
