For example, DAMAC Hills townhouses saw an 86% increase from their starting price to the Q3 2025 primary price. Similarly, DAMAC Lagoons units have jumped 85%. DAMAC Islands is already showing a 31% increase in villa primary prices for 2025. This historical data supports my thesis that DAMAC�s horizontal developments are high-growth assets.
