How are disputes over management company violations handled?

If RERA identifies violations by a Management Company in a Category 3 project, it must first notify the Owners Committee to get their opinion. RERA then serves a written warning to the company, outlining the mistakes and granting them fourteen days to respond. RERA will also appoint a certified audit firm to check if the company complied with the approved budget. If the company is still found to be at fault, RERA will issue a decision appointing a replacement company to take over management.
