    How are brokers notified of a registration revocation?

    When a broker�s registration is revoked due to a breach of the Code of Ethics or a gross violation, the Director General issues a resolution stating the reasons. The broker is then formally notified of this decision. Following this notification, the broker has fifteen days to submit a grievance to the Chairman. The Division is also required to notify all Competent Entities of the decision to ensure the entity�s ability to practice is suspended across all government channels.
