While the primary head office of RERA is required to be located within the Emirate, the agency is not limited to a single location. RERA is explicitly authorised to establish branches within the Emirate. These branches are created pursuant to a resolution of the Director General. This allows the agency to decentralise its services, providing more accessible licensing and monitoring support for the sector.
