Can the Owners Committee suggest amendments to the management budget?

One of the core functions of the Owners Committee is to review the annual budgets for the maintenance of the property. Based on this review, they are empowered to provide necessary recommendations to the Management Entity. This allows owners to have a direct influence on how their service charges are allocated and to advocate for cost-effectiveness or priority repairs. However, the final budget still requires RERAs approval, and RERA may only ratify it if it has been verified by a certified audit firm.
