These facilities include gardens, landscape areas, fountains, streets, swimming pools, playgrounds, and public car parks. While the developer maintains ownership of these spaces, they are subject to ownership limitations, meaning the developer cannot alter or shut them down in a way that restricts the usage rights of the property owners.
